I work for World-Around Records. We're a startup company and I'm working 16 hour days to keep up. It's hard work because there's no road map, but I love what I do. Audible Hype is a platform for me to share everything I'm learning. I believe that open source works better than selfish prick, and I believe that empowering other independent musicians will do more to improve our culture than me keeping this information to myself.
I'm also a rapper, which is obviously why I started a record label. My original group, Wombaticus Rex, is ending this summer and my new outlets are Algorhythms (with Dr. Quandary) and my sex party rap project, Humpasaur Jones.
On good days, I am interested in everything in the Universe. I've written for a lot of websites and I still do. I work for Back Brain Media, and I run Brainsturbator, Skilluminati Research and of course Hump Jones, our sex education program.
Just one of those little puzzle pieces that will become more signifigant later on.

As you can probably tell by the tone of the article, this is my swan song for the 5GW Project. It's not that I'm bored with warfare, it's just that I'm headed in a far larger and weirder direction and it's time to stop stepping on toes.

Burn the Vampire, Burn the Vampire, and Burn the Vampire. This concludes my socially conscious yet cheerfully anarchist commentary.

A great perspective, I've been enjoying what's on his blog, too. Very crisp writing and thinking, even if we disagree on a lot. So fucking what? Like my opinions are even true, you know? You know.

This is the kind of shit that gets me excited about the potential for good internets, good design and good research. It's also very depressing and scary, but shucks, KALI YUGA BABY.

Some great brainfood here, I'm tempted to actually buy a copy.

David Byrne is an awesome human for a million reasons: here's one more. Short but potent meditation on the Kali Yuga.

Apparently the facts check out and the situation will be getting worse in the future. What if they threw an economy and nobody came? What if we started redirecting usable waste to these shantytowns instead of the f'ing dump? Just a thought.

Big Dawg Shout to Ikipr over at Phase II for this outstanding archive of documents on the future of war. I've been told I'm morbid for being so interested in this stuff, but my critics are all sissy poodles anyways. Both archives are full of good meaty brainfood.

A well-written recap of Where We're At heading into 2008. I don't recommend freaking out -- unless you're already rich, you're fucked. Focus on adapting to rapid changes and still staying happy, healthy and free.
